This year’s conference will be held in Toronto, Canada at the spectacular Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Center from October 14th – 16th 2018. This conference provides opportunity to bring all of our PSA users together to see what is coming, hear announcements of new releases & integrations. There will be a pre-conference events for the PSA user group to collaborate and exchange ideas. Two days packed full of live training session, educational presentations & interactive workshops. A vendor expo that will provide users with information on our integrated partners and services that can help to maximize your overall PSA experiences. PSA User Conference Agenda

This year’s user conference offers a series live training classes for both new & current features, hot topics and customer requested sessions. These sessions will vary from beginner and advanced users to help utilize all the latest and greatest features. Listed below are some examples of the available classes that we will be offering and updates that will be provided on the agenda as we get closer to the conference date.

Note: The conference agenda has not yet been finalized and is subject to change. Please note that multiple sessions will be running throughout the conference at the same time. Registration for each session is not required in advance, but please note that one person will not be able to attend all available session.

Interactive Collaboration Workshops (Coming Soon)

This year we are bringing back collaborative workshops that will allow users direct input into new and existing developed features. We love to provide a voice to our customers giving them an opportunity to provide feedback to the group, share great ideas and help shape the future of our upcoming releases. These sessions will provide an open forum to users that focus on specific tools and features that need to be more in tune with what front line contractors need to be successful in the insurance restoration space. Each collaboration workshop session will provide registered companies with a Collaboration Kit, filled with information prior to the conference. Companies will be encouraged to submit their feedback and responses prior to the start session. Listed below are some of the available topics that will be open for discussion.

Educational Presentations & Classes (Coming Soon)

This year’s conference will also include some educational presentation with our integrated software partners & vendors to provide our customers insight to some of the great products and services that are being offered in the industry today.

Vendor Expo & Round Table Event (Coming Soon)

As always, each registered company will receive access to the vendor expo to learn more about the integrated systems and services that our partners provide. These are the integration that help PSA reach its full potential. This year’s exhibitors have not yet been finalized and will be announced in the near future.

As for the “Round table” discussion this will be conducted on the last day of the conference as an open forum for all users of the system to share their ideas and changes as to what they want to see added into the PSA system. These changes will be voted on by the users as a group and then added into a future version of the software. These requests can be anything from a new feature, to a custom change/report or even modifying how the current software operates or functions.

This year we will be changing the process of the “Round table” how it is handled incoming suggestions will be brought to this event and only those who participate will be allowed to have their changes voted on unanimously by the group. After the conference concludes the final list of changes will be provided in an email announcement for all members to see what changes had been voted in.

Hotel Accommodations:

Click here to reserve your room at the hotel, please note that the block is limited and to secure the reduced rate we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible. The cut-off date for reservations under the PSA block is September 15th 2018. Please note that all rooms will be given on a first come, first server basis and the hotel will allow the for the block rate (3) days prior and (3) days after the PSA event. A credit card is required to secure the room but will not be charged until your stay.

Parking Onsite: A Parking lot is located at the back of the building for all guests & the PSA group will receive complimentary parking.

  1. Parking system is ticketless, therefore please take a note of your license plate before you proceed to the hotel.

  2. For hotel guests that will stay overnight, license plate will be registered at check in for the duration of their entire stay.

  3. For local guests that might be attending the meeting and not staying overnight group code will be provided on the day of for them to register their plate and receive complimentary parking for the day.
