We are excited to announce our 20th Annual PSA Restoration Contractor user conference.
This year our conference will be held in the spectacular city New Orleans (LA) at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
Our conference will span (3) day of preconference workshops, educational breakouts, new releases, guest speakers, vendor expo, training and user group workshop.
We will be offering a different format from previous years.
Date: Thursday April 16th 2020
Providing existing PSA users with detailed training & workshops focused on instilling “best practices”, teaching behaviors and learning how to maximize the existing functionality. There will be a number of great topics featuring functionality across PSA Desktop/CRM/Web & Mobile. These will be structured in smaller classroom styles environments that allow for a more intimate one on one interactions. Test labs will also be available for users to better understand how to properly leverage reporting & data analytics within their own organizations.

This years conference will be broken down into (4) main learning tracks that will focus on different aspects of your business. Accounting Department, Production Crews, Sales/Marketing & Field Operations.
This track will focus on a variety of different accounting aspects throughout the Desktop & Web.

This track will focus mainly on Field Operations using PSA Mobile.

The user group workshop will replace the former roundtable event and provide an open forum for users to bring their ideas and suggestions on the direction of PSA moving forward. Providing our users with the opportunity to shape the web & mobile application to focus on the tool’s contractors need to be successful in 2020. Discuss new technology, integrations and ideas for new functionality to help streamline the collection of information all within one seamless solution.

The user conference offers a series of training on new features releases, hot topics and customer requested sessions to ensure your staff get brought up to date on all the latest and greatest features. As mentioned above we will be holding our user conference at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans A special room rate has been secured for all companies in attendance at $219/night. The block has been secured starting from Wednesday April 15th to Sunday April 19th. The link below will take you to the reservation page to secure your room. Although the block rates will be held until March 26th 2020 they will only be offered based on the hotel availability. **IMPORTANT please note that our conference will be held at the same hotel as RIA and DKI’s annual event during the same week. Please ensure that you secure your room as soon as possible to guarantee a spot. Any reservation made after March 26th 2020 (the cut-off) date will not provide you with the discounted rate.
