Canam Systems is excited to announce our 17th annual PSA Restoration Contractor user conference. This year’s conference will be held virtually from October 16th – 18th allowing all PSA users to exchange ideas, attend interactive presentation and provide critical feedback & collaboration on new and existing features. This three day event will be packed with access to new releases & updates, training sessions, roundtable event & more all from the comfort of your office.
The user conference offers a series of online training classes for both new & current features, hot topics and customer requested sessions. These sessions will vary from beginner and advanced users to help utilize on all the latest and greatest features released in PSA. Listed below are some examples of the available classes that we will be offering at this year’s user conference, there will be a number of additional classes & presentations added in the months to come and update notifications will be sent out to all customers.
This year we wanted to focus on brining PSA users from all over North America to join in on a series of collaborative workshops that allowed them direct access into current and developing features of PSA. Giving them the opportunity to provide feedback and share great ideas that will shape these features in upcoming releases or allow changes to be made in an upcoming update. These sessions will help us to provide contractors with the tools and features they need in order to be successful in the restoration space. Each collaboration workshop session will provide registered companies with a Collaboration Kit, filled with information on this feature set prior to the conference. Companies will be encouraged to submit their feedback and responses prior to the start session so the collaboration efforts and be reviewed and discussed during each workshop.
This year virtual conference will also include some educational presentation with our integrated software partners to provide our customers insight to some of the great products and services that are being offered in the industry today. Showcasing how it ties into PSA to provide your teams with better efficiency, productivity and accountability.
Each registered company will receive the “round table request form”, which will allow them to submit up to (25) change requests. These requests can be anything from a new feature, to a custom change/report or even modifying how the current software functions. Note that companies who do not registered before the September 1st deadline will not receive the opportunity to submit changes to be voted on.
All user changes need to be submitted to Canam System no later than Friday September 1st 2017 5:00PM(EST). Please note that changes submitted after this time may not be considered in the final Round table. Please note that each request will require a company & contact name in order for our training and support staff to reach out in the event clarification is required.
On Monday September 15th 2017. The master list of changes will be sent out to all registered companies and allotted (45) user votes to pick the changes that most appeal to their company. All user votes are required to be returned to us no later than Friday September 29th 2017 at 5:00PM (EST) any votes submitted after this deadline may not be considered. The final list of voted changes will be reviewed with all user at the conference and the top changes will be added into a future version of PSA.

Each Company will need to complete a registration form below and identify the users from your company that will be in attendance. Each company will receive (5) seats to login to each presentation & session. If additional seats are required they can be purchased in the form below. Once your registration form is completed please return the attached card credit card payment to secure your spot via email or fax.
$400.00/per company and that will provide each company with (5) concurrent logins to each and every session. Additional seats can be purchased for $50.00/per login.

Note: The currency charged will be based on the country it is coming from. Canadian customers pay in (CDN) and US customers pay in (USD).
