The PSA User Conference is fast approaching, April 16- 18, 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Day three of the conference will feature the User Group Workshop, formerly known as the Roundtable Event. The User Group Workshop will be an open forum of discussions around specific elements of PSA. Dialogue will be offered on three main tracks:
- Proven CRM for sales and marketing
- Proven Job Management for production
- Proven Solutions Accounting for web accounting
The user group will determine the topics of discussion ahead of time, and a list will be circulated prior to the conference. The changes discussed will be voted into future releases of PSA based on the top suggestions. The goal of the User Group Workshop is to receive feedback on new releases, as well as to provide users with the opportunity to be more involved in the early planning stages of development. The User Group holds semi-annual meetings.
