We’ll cover the key functionalities, best practices, and real-world applications to help you leverage this tool for maximum productivity.
In this session we will cover how users can send out custom forms via email to capture signatures remotely. Custom forms in Proven Jobs can be created to not only capture signatures on forms such as Work Authorizations or change orders, but also allow for the recipient to complete information on the form prior to signing such as survey questions on a Certificate of Satisfaction. We will review how to send a form for remote signing and the notifications received by the creator of the e signature request as the form is being completed remotely. We will take a look at a form currently set up for e signature and finally we will review the audit information when a form has gone through the remote signing process.
