New Webinar Series: Proven Learning

After an exciting in-person event at PSA User Conference 2024 in April, we are excited announce the launch of our new webinar series designed to help PSA users make the most of PSA tools. This series is crafted to provide comprehensive guidance on the features and resources already available in the system, as well as to address the most commonly asked questions. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to navigate our platform effectively, optimizing your learning process. You can expect to see topics such as Timecards, AP Approvals, Workflows, Job Creation etc.

When to Expect the Proven Learning Series?

This new series will be launched in July 2024. There will be three 30-min webinars weekly starting from July - August 2024. The tentative topics are listed below. In this session we will cover the importance of relationships between Proven Jobs and Proven CRM. We will review how those relationships impact sales job credit in both platforms.  

This session will also cover how to properly set up a new organization and/or contact, plus review the importance of organization type selection and salesperson assignment. We will also cover how relationships are applied to jobs in Proven Jobs and how that information syncs to the job in Proven CRM.

In this session we will also review Lead Organizations and Lead Contacts within Proven CRM.  We will also review the difference between a
Lead Organization and an Organization as well as how to set up related relationships for those organizations that have multi-site relationships.

In this session we will focus on diving into the basics of Job Creation and how the different aspects of your main job create screen impact the different processes in our system and how these elements are used to enhance efficiency and productivity. In this session we will also review our Job Create template and how this can help your team during call intake, in addition to utilizing some of our automation tools in Proven Jobs to help eliminate duplication.

From creating new vendors to entering voucher bills and issuing payments, attendees will gain practical knowledge on each step of the process. Additionally, we will explore how to generate Accounts Payable-related reports, enabling participants to analyze financial data and optimize their AP workflow. By the end of the session, attendees will feel confident in their ability to navigate the Proven Accounting Web platform and efficiently manage Accounts Payable tasks.

In this session we will be covering how job credit is applied to jobs and the importance of properly maintaining sales relationships to ensure job credit is applied and maintained on jobs. We will cover how job credit is applied to jobs, based on those relationships being added to jobs in Proven Jobs. We will also review how job credit can be applied, by an administrator, or removed manually within the CRM job.

We will then review how job credit can be removed automatically from jobs within the CRM, based on several scenarios that could impact your salesperson not receiving credit or maintaining job credit and how to avoid this from happening.

In accounting, Work-in-Progress (WIP) refers to the value of goods or services that are in the process of being completed. WIP is crucial for accurately reflecting the financial position of a company, especially in, restoration, construction, and mitigation industries where projects or production cycles span over time.
