After an exciting season of Lunch & Learn lined up with highlights from last year's user conference and vendor presentations, we are now launching a NEW SEASON of Lunch & Learn for this October to December!

These online training and information sessions are open to all new and existing PSA users. Each session covers different hot topics, showcases new features or discusses best practices. These sessions provide in-depth understanding on critical new releases and how users can better leverage this information to maximize their PSA experience.

Please note that PSA Lunch & Learn series typically includes two complimentary sessions per month. The first mid-month session demonstrates new and exciting features in PSA's ERP. The second in the last week of the month is a joint session with one of PSA's vendors / technology partners that integrates one PSA's ERP and demonstrates how to improve your company's efficiency and profitability.

In this Lunch and Learn, we will cover the basics of Company Settings and administration of Timecards within Proven Jobs Web. You will understand the setup process all the way to Timecard approvals and reporting. Click here to register.

Join us for a session on how to prepare for 1099 and T5018 tax season. We will start by reviewing reports and vendor setup to confirm information before processing the 1099/T5018 forms. Then we will review how to make changes, if needed, and then processing the forms for the 1099’s. We will also cover some common frequently asked questions and how to handle issues that

Our session will review the Proven Jobs budgeting functionality utilizing estimate importing, work order manipulation and reviewing job costing in your job file. Join us as we introduce and review our Proven Call Center and Dispatch Module. Proven Call Center is our newest intake and dispatch system efficiently handles incoming calls and dispatches them promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring seamless job creation and creating a more efficient and streamlined process. Click here to register.

Join us for a session on the Proven Accounting Web platform, where we will review Accounts Receivable processing and reporting. This session aims to familiarize participants with the newly introduced Proven Accounting web platform and equip them with essential skills to effectively handle Accounts Receivable functions. From creating new Jobs and Customer records to entering Sales Invoices and posting and editing. We will review how to create Accounts Receivables reports. Job notifications within Proven Jobs helps you automate your communication efforts with your clients and internal employees. From sending an introductory welcome email to your clients, to notifying the assigned estimator when a job is received. During this Lunch and Learn session we will start by covering how to set up user securities for this functionality, where to find job notification settings in Proven Jobs and examples of different use cases for job notifications. Afterwards we will demonstrate how to create job notifications for various use cases and the functions of each field during the notification creation process. Once our job notifications are created, we will see how they can be triggered, and what the result will look like for both the client or recipient, and on our job file. Click here to register.

Join us for an engaging session on the Proven Accounting Web platform, where we will dive into the intricacies of Accounts Payable processing and reporting. This session aims to familiarize participants with the newly introduced Proven Accounting web platform and equip them with essential skills to effectively handle Accounts Payable functions. From creating new vendors to entering voucher bills and issuing payments, attendees will gain practical knowledge on each step of the process. Additionally, we will explore how to generate Accounts Payable-related reports, enabling participants to analyze financial data and optimize their AP workflow.
