In the rapidly evolving landscape of restoration and contractor services, harnessing intelligent technology is essential to stay competitive, efficient, and profitable. PSA has long been recognized as a solutions company focused on creating ERP solutions.

This year we explore the introduction of artificial intelligence and how it is reshaping the PSA landscape and its capabilities to work smarter & faster while automating more contractor-connected workflows. Our Contractor First approach will showcase to attendees how data-driven innovations — including real-time insights and seamless integrations are transforming traditional operations into proactive, intelligence-enabled business engines driven with Contractors in mind.

Enjoy a short morning break before we dive deeper into the sessions!

Strong internal controls start with a clear approval process. In this intermediate session, we’ll take a deep dive into our AP Approval workflow across both Proven Accounting and Proven Jobs. Learn how to route vendor invoices whether job-related or overhead through an efficient approval process that increases visibility, strengthens accountability, and protects your financial data. We’ll explore how the platforms work together, review best practices, and walk through real-world workflows to help you confidently manage approvals from submission to payment.

Modern contractors must deliver speed, reliability, and a seamless customer experience. All while managing complex intake scripting and unpredictable demand. The Future of Contractor Dispatch is a forward-looking application that equips dispatch professionals with the knowledge and skills to transform traditional triage & dispatch workflows using a blended approach of live person & artificial intelligence.

This course explores how that collaboration works with the Proven Call Center to streamline dispatch, from the very first customer contact to dynamic job assignment and execution. Attendees will learn how intelligent automation can eliminate manual bottlenecks, optimize resource deployment, and dramatically improve response times while enhancing technician utilization and customer satisfaction.

Take control of your receivables with structured, streamlined processes. In this intermediate session, we’ll explore AR Actions within Proven Accounting, including how to filter and review jobs with outstanding balances, access invoice details, and track collection notes. We’ll also introduce new AR Workflows designed to keep teams organized with scheduled follow-ups and defined collection timelines. We’ll review Proven Pay our new payment solution that simplifies invoice payments, improves transaction visibility, and enhances the overall payment experience

Take your operations to the next level by turning manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows. This advanced session is designed for power users and system administrators who want to maximize efficiency, consistency, and visibility across the job lifecycle.

Attendees will learn how to build and refine job workflows that automatically trigger actions such as status changes, task assignments, notifications, and required documentation. We’ll explore how to use automation to enforce compliance, reduce human error, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks—while still maintaining flexibility for real-world job scenarios.

This session also dives into tracking workflow performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflows over time to support scale and growth.

Time and Material billing works best when every cost is captured, organized, and billed with confidence. This advanced session focuses on PSA’s Time & Materials feature and how it brings together all the data you are already collecting—labor, materials, equipment, expenses, and more—into a single, accurate billing model.

Attendees will learn how to structure Time & Materials jobs to capture standard labor, overtime, materials used, job-related expenses, and optional add-ons such as temporary labor or specialized resources. We’ll explore how these entries flow from the field and office into clean, defensible Time & Materials invoices without duplicate entry or manual calculations.

This session also covers best practices for configuring Time & Materials settings, ensuring consistency across jobs, and using detailed cost tracking to protect margins while providing transparent billing to clients and carriers.

While Proven Accounting is built on a powerful accrual-based foundation, we recognize that many businesses rely on cash-based reporting for visibility and decision-making. In this session, we’ll introduce our new Cash Reporting capabilities and demonstrate how users can gain cash-based insights without sacrificing the strength of a true accrual system. Explore the key differences between cash and accrual accounting, how cash reporting functions within Proven Accounting, and how it compares to traditional cash-based reporting methods.

Accurate dry logs are critical for documenting conditions, validating work performed, and supporting billing and compliance requirements. This intermediate session is designed for users who already understand the basics and want to improve the quality, consistency, and reliability of their field documentation.

Attendees will learn best practices for capturing daily dry log entries, including environmental readings, equipment usage, notes, and photos directly from the field. We’ll focus on how consistent documentation protects your team, supports insurer and client expectations, and creates a clear, defensible job record from start to finish.

This session also explores common mistakes that lead to rejected documentation and how to standardize dry logs across crews to improve accuracy, accountability, and reporting.
