Our pre-conference training course on Opportunities will explore the ins and outs of creating opportunities and managing those opportunities from onset to first job received. Creating opportunities allows BD reps to track and manage tasks and follow ups, monitor deal progress and identify in real time deal progress and potential bottlenecks.

Your field teams are most effective when they have the right tools in their hands—wherever the job takes them. This beginner-level session introduces users to the core mobile features that keep work moving in real time, from the field to the office.


Attendees will learn how to navigate mobile view job details, update job status, capture notes and photos, track time, collect signatures, and ensure required documentation is completed on-site. This session focuses on practical, everyday use of mobile operations to reduce paperwork, eliminate missed steps, and improve communication between field and office teams.

Clean books start with clean reconciliations. In this beginner-friendly session, we’ll break down the essentials of managing bank accounts and credit cards, including importing transactions and leveraging our Plaid bank feed integration to streamline matching and categorization. Designed for basic users, this course focuses on core workflows that help ensure transactions are accurate, accounts are balanced, and reconciliations are completed with confidence.

In this session we will be reviewing how activities such as adding notes, tasks and events can ensure Business Development Reps can stay on top of their daily activities to leverage building relationships.
